моноблок DELL и ССД с битлокером , Системный диск стартует и почему то блокируется ( ничего нельзя запустить )) вот где засада , и сука нет возможности стартонуть не с диска Буду признателен , если кто подскажет варианты достучаться .

более чем уверен что болячка в другом , НО этот же диск подключенный к другой системе просит ключ , а он на материнке моноблока

Очень похоже на проблему с OS после некорректного завершения работы.
